How to turn your negative emotions into blessing?

I've been reading different articles and verses  this past few days  regarding on how we can turn our negative emotions into blessing. And one of them catch my attention.

From CCF Chronicle, vol. 24, no. 05:

Align your thinking. When expectations don't match reality, disappointments arise. to have negative feeling is natural. But we must be careful. What we do with our negative emotions may lead to sin. Therefore, we have to process our experiences properly. The way we think will affect our emotions and will end up affecting our behavior.

According to 2 Corinthians 10:5, There is a war being raged. Satan often uses our thought to bring us down because he knows that the mind is powerful. That is why it is important to take every thought captive in obedience to Christ.

I can't say anything about what happen on our place, the experience itself is really unforgettable. Too bad for us.

Nike Shoe at its Best

Just want to share this wonderful shoes i bought near in my workplace for a much cheaper price compared to its SRP.

Nike Hyperfuse Low (Steve Nash) - The standard retail price of this item is Php 5,495.00 or approximately US $130. I got this shoe for only Php3,500.00 (US $85). How cheap is that? Not bad for this lightweight and low cut style with extra ventilation in a super light design shoe. You can see more here at dealfun.com reviews

The second item I got was this wonderful  Nike Post Harbor Canvas Women's Shoe that is perfectly suited to my wife. An advance gift for her upcoming birthday. The original price of this goods is Php2,495.00 or approximately US $60. But I bought this item for a whopping Php1,350.00 only. Almost a 50% discount was deducted to the item. The Nike post harbor canvas women's shoe are known for its solid rubber out sole for traction and durability.

I heart General Luna

Oh yeah. Oh yeah. I know, only few of you are familiar with this group. A pure blooded Pilipino band that compose of 5 talented girl members. They're not as popular as JLo or Britney Spears but I am pretty much sure that their talent as well as their gorgeous faces are enough to level them or even surpass them (sorry, I'm just exaggerating my words)..

You know why I'm promoting their band to my site?
No... this is not a paid advertisement.

The only reason is because of these:

YES! Their vocalist Nicole invited me to be her friend in facebook.

Ohhhh men... Look at her picture, God, she's so beautiful.Look at her eyes, her lips, her nose. Oh my....

If you want to know them better and watch some of their music videos, just visit their website at http://www.generalluna.com/ . I'm sure, you gonna enjoy it.

Running Became My Passion

Running is not easy but much easier as one would probably think. However, running casually is not only a great exercise to become fit but an incredible way to take your mind off work. Some people assume that you have to be young and very fit but let me tell you that with proper training, anybody can run a marathon. Many people who enjoy running casually many times start participating in marathons which are extremely rewarding.
It was only October last year during the practice run (held at Philsports Arena) when I remember making the decision to start running for fun and get in better shape, but I was afraid it would not last; I’m not the athletic type. My first run didn't do a lot to quash that concern, I only went about a couple meters and had to turn around to walk home, it just wasn't going to work. Thanks to a little encouragement from a friend of mine telling me, “Remember, you may not run marathons but you can still get out and run for fun”. Then I remember that it was not about competition but we’re running for a “cause”. Then the day came! My “never to be forgotten” actual running event of my life was held at The Fort which was sponsored by Botak Sports and the theme was “Run for Poverty”.
The marathon event was so overwhelmingly exciting, especially when we lined up and the much-awaited “Bang!” sounded off. Hopping mad and determined to win and beat my own record, I ran like my own feet were on fire. Every step I took, it felt like my lungs started to burn, my legs were aching. I crossed the line for the final lap; I rounded the turn and headed towards backstretch. I was dreaming I was on an Olympic Marathon and I could hear the people screaming their heads off. Half a lap to go, and into the final turn, it really felt like I was winning, a finisher! I could see the finish line! Suddenly, I realized I was way behind. They started to pass me. And I had nothing left to give. It was a tragic ending though, but very fulfilling! I loved that feeling!
After that event, a lot of things were never been the same again. There’s some soreness and tenderness in my muscle that haven’t hurt before, my legs felt strong when I climb the steps. Seeing someone with a shirt from a race, I have to restrain myself from going up to them and ask if he was a runner too; I want to talk about running to anyone who will listen; and you find yourself thinking about your upcoming running event. Somebody mentioned that they had seen me running, and I was so proud I got goosebumps.
I’m just a new runner, but there’s one thing I have learned from this experience……..that race is not about racing someone, but it’s about racing yourself. Run with purpose. Run with heart.

Email marketing

There are too many ways to earn money online like PTC, pay per post, advertising, traffic building, text linking, product reviews, social networking sign ups, post advertisement etc..

There is also some business who uses internet technology instead of renting a stall in malls or in any market. Because according to them, internet marketing is fast, effective & easy. If you need to improve or boost your revenue right away, email marketing is the answer; it allows you to broadcast anyone your product in internet speed. What you need to do is to send email newsletters to your friends, relatives and even people you don't know. It actually helps as confirmed by major sellers online because advertisers can reach substantial numbers of email subscribers who have opted in (i.e., consented) to receive email communications on subjects of interest to them.

Email marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fund-raising messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing.

Still a dream

A home is a place of residence or refugee, its the place wherein you can rest, sleep and store personal properties. A house is a home.

I already told you before that my ultimate dream is to have my own house. And to be able to accomplished that dream. I need to work hard, be inspired and be ready on every trials and problems that i might encounter.

Right now, I reside together with my wife in my parent's house. There are too many places there that needs to improve and renovate. The terrace, guest rooms, comfort rooms, garage and the most important part is the floor. I ask my parents if they want to use Tile Floor instead of marble, because i told them that the design of today's tiles are more attractive and elegant compare to marble or wood floors.

I also told them that our house already needed major renovation for us to feel more safe and secure.

I'm a dreamer, a fighter, a son, a husband, a lover and a simple staff on our company that still waiting for the decision of the higher management.

The latter part please!

Since our company was already transferred the majority of its ownership with Philippine Long Distance telephone Company which is owned by Mr. MVP, we are currently in serious panic because of possible management reorganizations that might end up with unemployment due to job scope redundancies and force layoff of employees. Since our Human resource dept. is not yet releasing any memo regarding this issue, we are still guessing on what might happen to us in the next few days.

Although there are also some hear says that the buyout may end up to be in favor of Sun cellular Employees because MVP companies are known for having a competitive benefits to the employees.

I am hoping that the latter was correct.

In business like this, Smart & Sun will be needing a very good logo and design for the company.

Nothing's Good!

And now, here I am again. Thinking for something that can help me to ease the pain that I'm currently suffering. You know what I'm going through right now?

No.. you don't have any idea.

To tell you the truth, I felt that I was in the middle of the desert looking for a piece of coin fallen in a plane whereas no one can tell me the exact location where it was dropped.

I have no idea also on what I'm saying. But I'm totally upset with everything happened. That's it!

Also, the floor in our house are badly needed to replace its tiles and carpets all over the place because it is broken already. We will be needing an expert in Carpet installation to make sure that carpeting, tiles, laminate, granite, ceramic or whatever type of floor install on it will be very attractive and beautiful.

PLDT to buy 52% ownership in SunCellular

Damn! Is this means that I am in the brink of being unemployed? God, please no.. Not now!

According to gmanews.tv, PLDT confirmed the buzz among market and industry players that it is buying a majority stake in the Gokongwei-owned competition, Digitel Telecommunications Philippines Inc.(DTPI) — the operator of Sun Cellular.

The telecommunications giant will buy 51.5 percent ownership in Digitel Telecommunications for P69.2 billion, the payment of which will be done under a mandatory shares offering of PLDT shares at P2,500 a piece under the name of DTPI parent JG Summit Holdings Inc.

Following the acquisition, a representative of JG Summit Holdings will occupy a board seat in PLDT.

The telco giant and it lesser competition intend to complete the transaction by the second quarter the year.

PLDT said it intends to keep Digitel's mobile operations — Sun Cellular — separate and intact, giving the country's oldest and largest telecommunications company total of three mobile telephone services under its belt aside from Smart and Red Mobile.

Hopefully this will not lead to monopoly cause it's not good with the consumers. And the most critical issues here is what will happen to me and to other employee of Sun Cellular. this is not good.

HER SCRUBS

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of blueskyscrubs. All opinions are 100% mine.

Hey, it's been a long period of time since my last update here. Sorry guys, co'z I've been too busy these past few days/weeks. Too many stuffs to do and kinda haggard with different activities here in my workplace.

By the way, me and my wife went to the Queen City of South to temporarily escape from the reality here in the busiest City of the Philippines. We stay there for 3 days & 2 nights and reside at Sampaguita Suites in downtown near Magellan's Cross and Miraculous Church of Nuestra del Sto. nino.

On our first day, my wife ask me if we can go first to the nearest Mall in town to buy a scrubs, because her scrubs set in their office was already faded. We went to SM Cebu and immediately looked for medical boutique and some Nursing store to buy her things. At first, we can't find any medical store in the mall so that we decided to ask some staff in the mall on where we can buy medical scrubs? though we are having a hard time asking somebody because of dialect discrepancy, it never let us to stop on what were doing.

After almost two hours of looking and finding, finally we found a nursing store. My wife bought medical scrubs right away and also ask me if she can also buy white lab coat because her uniform in their laboratories already torn. A classic move form my wife. LOL

After all are set and done, it's already 7:00 in the evening. Because of that, we decided to eat our dinner in our Hotel and decided to continue our journey on the next day.

HOME

A home that I can call my own.

This is what I'm dreaming for, to have my own house, and of course, with my wife and my future children's also there. If ever I will be given a chance to design my future house, i will make sure that its not going to be a simple one, I really like the house wherein you can relax anywhere you want. You'll gonna love to stay in every part of it. I imagine my house with a big garden on the yard, watching my kids playing on the window with a beautiful Blinds attached. Watching my wife cutting some petals on the Roses, doing her stuff and watching our kids playing.

Oh men, I am really hoping that I can have our own house in reality so that we can live happy ever after. I know, God is there to answer our prayers but still I'm the one who needs to step up and face all the hindrance that may eventually resulted to unexpected result. God is good all the time that's why I am confident in everything that I do.

PS. mali mali ang grammar ko, wag na kayo, di naman maselan yung nagpapareview. lol.

The Logo Creator

Since last week, I encountered too many problems on my PC, though some of them can easily troubleshoot on your own but the others are not and will be needing a real IT knowledge to correct the problem. I was trying to look for different solutions that I might be use around the web just to make sure that I can do troubleshooting on my own.

One of the issue's prompted is like this,

Every time i execute The Logo Creator application, the error above always appear and it cause to stop the application and not run properly, I do read forums around the net regarding this issue but until now, no one knows how to solve the problem.

Im very disappointed because I badly needed these application to make some logos designs for me to used in different contest and blog post.

Is there anyone can help me? please!
