Flood Effect

My hometown Calumpit, Bulacan is the primary affected place of typhoon Pedring and releasing of too much water in DAM reservoir. The flood levels dramatically increased from time to time. I can't say anything about what happen on our place, the experience itself is really unforgettable. Too bad for us.

  9. These are the nature disasters. NO body can do any thing.

    However,
we must build dam with proper plannig. Specially consider what will happen if the water level increases dramatically.
